Homemade recipes

I am a transplant from Maryland, I now live in Wisconsin and I MISS the foods I grew up with. I want to find recipes for coddies, good hush puppies, polish kielbasa, Pennsyvainia scrapple and old time sugar cookies that are thin and crisp. If anyone can help I would appreciate it forever. Thanks.
